Heather Holland

Reverend Heather Holland was called as the Pastor of Common Ground Fellowship in February of 2015. A native of Denton, Texas, Holland was ordained into the ministry in 2010. She is a graduate of Emmanuel Christian Seminary where she earned a Masters of Divinity degree. She is currently a chaplain in residence at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Johnson City, Tennessee. Previously, she served as Chaplain, Dean of Student Life, and adjunct professor at Emmanuel Seminary. She has been a speaker and worship facilitator at Pepperdine University, Milligan University, Abilene Christian University, and other colleges.

Heather is married to Dr. Jack Holland, professor of Christian Care and Counseling at Emmanuel Seminary. They are the parents of two children, Samuel and Lydia.

Heather Holland assumed her responsibilities as Common Ground Fellowship celebrates its third anniversary. As of the fall of 2016, she began a new job as Chaplain at the Johnson City Medical Center and has stepped down from the role as pastor but is continuing in a preaching rotation with several other members of the church.
